Follow these simple steps to troubleshoot:
- Check out that spam/junk folder – things get lost in the shuffle all the time. If that’s the case for you, be sure to right click on the email and “mark as not spam” (or move the email back into your primary inbox). It’ll take seconds, promise. Your inbox should recognize the newsletter as not spam in just a few days.
- Request a whitelist from your IT Department – if you’ve subscribed using a corporate or student email address, spam filters can make receiving this newsletter tricky business. No sweat though. You can notify your IT department and ask them to whitelist @apparently.community. Alternatively, you can switch your subscription over to a personal email for smooth sails.
- Have you accidentally unsubscribed? We’ve all been there. Just head to the bottom of the last newsletter you’ve received and click on the “Update your email preferences” button to double check.
- No harm in re-subscribing – It’s like restarting a computer. Just scroll to the top of this page and try rejoining the list.
