As we bid farewell to summer bike rides and ice cream Sundays, life remains pretty sunny…in the kitchen.
Three words: PASTA family nights. Sure, we love a good butternut squash soup, pumpkin pie and any grandma take on the classic veggie stew. We equally love easy pasta recipes with permission to recruit sous chefs, and get the tweens and teens involved.
Let’s get cooking! You can dress your bowl of pasta up or down with pantry, freeze or fridge ingredients. Fancy kale and spinach or some warming mushrooms or meaty-add ons? You’re allowed. Go local and get creative, or just follow along with the fam here.
